VX-Prime is an Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.

When you're out on the half-pipe pulling off those primo grinds and Kawoprimas, get yourself a bot like VX-Prime to spot you. Their humungo fisheye lens will help you look hella tight as you blast out those Null-Ray-Rays. If you ever find yourself with the wrong crowd, they could even shoot lasers out of their viewfinder eye.<ref>Primitive Skate blog post, 15 July 2016
"Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of "The Transformers - The Movie", and paying homage to the original Generation 1 Transformers, we teamed up with Hasbro to bring you skateboards featuring exclusive art work of our favorite versions of "Transformers - Robots in Disguise". In addition to the Generation 1 robots, we created a new Transformers, VX Prime, in honor of the legendary VX-1000 video camera we all know and love. Shop the new boards, t-shirt, grip, and accessories now."</ref> Radical.

They may or may not be associated with Shreddicus Maximus.

Notes

[edit]
  • VX-Prime was created by Primitive Skateboarding for their 30th anniversary of The Transformers: The Movie. They were designed and named after the VX1000, a video camera popular in the skateboarding community. <ref>Primitive Skate blog post, 22 July 2016
"the VX1000 is undoubtedly the most celebrated piece of machinery in skateboarding, so when we teamed up with Hasbro to create a line of skateboards in honor of the 30th Anniversary of "TheTransformers - The Movie", it only seemed right to pay the VX homage when we were given the chance to introduce our own Transformer to the line up. Introducing VX-Prime!"</ref>
