The Velovians are a member race of the Solstar Order. They are a bipedal race recognizable by their green skin and long heads.

[edit]According to Fy-Laa, all Velovians reproduced via cellular division and had no sexual drive as a result of this. At some point in their history, they joined the Solstar Order with some of them choosing to immigrate to the capital planet of Elonia.
Velovian religion believed that the spirit of one's dead ancestors lived on inside the living. Cold Fire
