Warren Industries (also known as Warren Paper Products Co.) was an American company based in Lafayette, Indiana. Founded in 1938, they produced a wide range of games under the 'Build Rite' brand name through 1976, then as just 'Warren' until their purchase by Random House Publishing in 1986. In 1990 it was purchased by Rose Art Industries, which was latter acquired by MEGA Brands Inc. The Warren branding was seemingly retired by 2007.
