Warren Batchelder

Warren Batchelder (April 18, 1917February 12, 2007) was a director and animator. Born in Los Angeles, he started in the business in '36, though his name wouldn't appear onscreen until the 1958 Warner Bros. short Feather Bluster. He was an uncredited animator on the titles for The Pink Panther, and continued to work on Pink Panther shorts for DePatie-Freleng alongside the likes of Norm McCabe and Bob Matz. During the 80s he worked as a director for Marvel Productions on shows including Inhumanoids, My Little Pony 'n Friends, Jem, Defenders of the Earth and G.I. Joe. He retired in 2002.
