Wellington Lima (b. May 10, 1967) is a Brazilian voice actor and director. Known for his hoarse voice, his roles are usually villains or anti-heroes such as Raditz, Tao Pai Pai and Majin Buu in Dragon Ball Z, Shredder in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Zabuza and Kiyuubi in Naruto and Stewie Griffin in Family Guy. His non-villanous roles include Bender in Futurama, Libra Dohko in the Saint Seiya franchise and Professor Oak as well as the PokéDex in Pokémon.
He also frequently voices the actors Wesley Snipes and Michael Jai White.
He also has directed the Brazilian dubs for The Office, House, Baki, Bungo Stray Dogs, The Prince of Tennis, much of the Dragon Ball franchise, and both Ranma 1/2 anime series.
