William Morgan Sheppard

William Morgan Sheppard (August 24, 1932 - January 7, 2019) was a British film and stage actor. He has appeared on two of the Star Trek television spin-offs and two of its movies, and outside of Star Trek he is perhaps best known for his roles as Blank Reg on Max Headroom and Confederate General Isaac Trimble in the films Gettysburg and Gods and Generals. He is sometimes credited as W. Morgan Sheppard.
An occasional voice actor, Sheppard played several characters in the series Gargoyles (which also starred Keith David). He is also the voice of Peter Fargason in the anime series Hellsing, Sardath on Young Justice, Dum Dum Dugan on Iron Man, The Big Guy in Prep & Landing and Ignatius Cheese in the computer game Escape from Monkey Island. However, perhaps his most memorable voice work is as Lawrence Limburger in Biker Mice from Mars.
