Xia Lei (夏磊, Xià Lěi b. September 28, 1977) is a Chinese voice actor and voice director, graduated from Broadcasting & Hosting Arts School, Communication University Of China. He used to be a broadcaster in Nanjing News Radio, later he resigned from NNR and broadcasted news and sport program in Shanghai Traffic Radio. The characteristics of his voice are multiple. He is known as the voice of Yan Lu, Ying Fusu, Long Ju and Mo Ya in the 3D cartoon The Legend of Qin series. Now he is a partner of VOICE BEAR studio, a dubbing studio located in Shanghai, China.
