Yasuhiro Takato (高戸靖広 Takato Yasuhiro, born January 23, 1968) is a Japanese voice actor. He can be heard in Anime roles such as Gluttony in Fullmetal Alchemist, Russia in Hetalia, Kitton in Fortune Quest L, Billy in One Piece: Strong World, Guldo and Yamu in Dragon Ball Z Kai as well Botamo in Dragon Ball Super, Shalnark in the 1999 Hunter x Hunter series, Mr. Principal/Nezu in My Hero Academia and Artemis in Sailor Moon.

As dubbing would go, Takato has dubbed over Edward, Arthur, Ned and others in Thomas & Friends, Boom in Power Rangers SPD, Bile in Monsters, Inc, Tommy in Hoodwinked and is the dub-over voice of Jorge Garcia.
