Yoshio Frank Chatani is a Japanese animator who worked on Transformers Animated. He has previously worked on The New Adventures of Kimba The White Lion, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm and Subzero, Todd McFarlane's Spawn, and Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost.
