'''Kevin Michael Richardson''' (born [[October 25]], [[1964]]) is an American actor and voice artist. Some of his best known voice over roles include Captain Gantu on ''Lilo & Stitch'',  the [[Joker]] on ''The [[Batman]]'', [[Roadblock (G.I. Joe)|Roadblock]] on ''[[G.I. Joe (franchise)|G.I. Joe]]: Renegades'', Crusher on ''Blaze and the Monster Machines'', Panthro from 2011 reboot of ''ThunderCats'', and the Grimace from ''[[McDonald's|The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald]]''. 

His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on ''The Knights of Prosperity'', Ed Ward on ''Like Family'', and a cameo near the end of ''Clerks II''.  

Richardson also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
