Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. Some of his best known voice over roles include Captain Gantu on Lilo & Stitch, the Joker on The Batman, Roadblock on G.I. Joe: Renegades, Crusher on Blaze and the Monster Machines, Shredder in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Panthro from the 2011 reboot of ThunderCats, Trigon on Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go!, Jabba the Hutt on Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Groot in numerous Marvel series, Tombstone on The Spectacular Spider-Man (replacing Keith David), Maurice on The Penguins of Madagascar, the Grimace from The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald, Goro in Mortal Kombat, Sheriff Blubs on Gravity Falls, Cleveland Jr. and Lester Krinklesac on The Cleveland Show, Mr. Gus on Uncle Grandpa, Skulker on Danny Phantom, Robert Hawkins on Static Shock, Demongo on Samurai Jack, and Kamek in the Super Mario movies. He also currently voices Dr. Hibbert on The Simpsons (succeeding the role from [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Harry Shearer|{{#if:||Harry Shearer}}]]).
His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity, Ed Ward on Like Family, Patrick on ER and a cameo near the end of Clerks II.
Richardson also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
