A Prosecutor was on duty during the trials of [[Arblus]]. When [[Kranix (G1)|Kranix]] was dragged out, the Prosecutor promised sentencing for [[Hot Rod (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Hot Rod]] and [[Kup (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity|Kup]] would come soon. When the [[Autobot]]s were brought before the [[Quintesson Judge|Judge]], the Prosecutor offered them the chance to beg for their lives, though warning that it didn't often help. Upon being dropped into the [[Sharkticon (species)|Sharkticon]] pit, the Autobots managed to create a whirlpool effect to escape and engaged the Sharkticons on dry land. As the Prosecutor raged at the Sharkticons, the [[Dinobot (G1)|Dinobots]] broke in, the door falling onto and pinning the Prosecutor. {{storylink|The Transformers: The Movie}}

A Prosecutor served as the Commander of the [[Sharkticon (species)|Sharkticons]] on [[Quintesson Scientist]] [[Inquirata (G1)|Inquirata]]'s expidition to retrieve [[Alpha Trion (G1)|A-3]] from the past using their [[Time Window]]. After the [[Autobot]]s prevented them from closing the Time Window, Inquirata ordered the Commander to destroy the Window before its effects on the flow of time destroyed the universe. At least three Quintesson Prosecutors operated a base on [[Titan (moon)|Titan]]. They enslaved the [[Terrorcon (G1)|Terrorcons]] using an Automatic Timer to prevent them from staying as [[Abominus (G1)|Abominus]] long-term. These Quintessons made a deal with [[Human]] free trader [[Dirk Manus]] to deliver them the [[Recreator]], as it was "crucial to their operations in the [[Solar_System|Solar System]]". Multiple double-crosses ensued until in one final double-cross, Manus set Computron on the Quintessons and they retreated without the Recreator.

A Quintesson Prosecutor was tasked with transporting a [[Quintesson Scorpia]] to the planet [[Master (planet)|Dominus]]. {{storylink|Void Rivals issue 5|Void Rivals #5}} While transporting it, he boarded [[Skuxxoid]]'s [[Rockeroid]] before the pilot realized he had a bounty, locking him up. When [[Darak]] and [[Solila]] were escaping the Rockeroid, the Prosecutor called for them to release him, promising to deliver them to their port of choice if they helped him to his ship. When the three reached the hangar, they found Skuxxoid waiting for them, offering the aliens, who had no bounties on them, a [[Nebulan]] spacecraft if they released the valuable Prosecutor back into his custody. Skuxxoid took the Prosecutor to Cybertron, hoping to trade him for something value. Having nothing to trade with and even less patience for the Quintessons, [[Shockwave (G1)|Shockwave]] told the Skuxxoid to get out, the bounty hunter leading his catch away. {{storylink|Void Rivals issue 4|Void Rivals #4}}

Undaunted, Skuxxoid took the the Prosecutor back to Quintessa, trying to sell him back to the [[Quintesson Judge]]. When the Judge queried as to the Scorpia's status, the Prosecutor revealed the weapon's totaled state and their trip to Cybertron before he was ordered to be silent. : The Prosecutor is a non-transforming 2.5-inch tall soft-ish-plastic figurine. Its head and levitation "beam" are connected via [[5 mm post]]s, which gives him a tiny bit of articulation. The beam's post has a 3 mm hole in it, making it compatible with most [[Fire Blast effect]] posts, though its flat base kinda limits its use in that way.
