Horrified by [[Bighorn]]'s lovestruck attempts to reach her, Scylla tried to forcefully dissuade him with Scylaser. When that did not work and he did not get the hint, she blew him a Kiss of Death, which he saw as a sign of affection and went out of his way to jump into with puckered lips. It exploded in his face and while he still did not get the hint, he was too injured to continue his pursuit. {{storylink|The Tentacular Scuba}} After getting beaten up by Bighorn, Scylla took revenge by blasting him with Scylaser and finishing him with a Blown Kiss of Death. {{storylink|Face the Setting Sun}}

The [[Angolmois Energy]]-powered Scylla went to the [[Yellow Planet]] to rob [[Yellow Splendid Convoy]] of her [[Matrix Gauntlet]]. Her strategy was to present herself as an ally, what with her being a yellow-colored woman too, and then when the defense was down to launch a flurry of Blown Kisses of Death. *The Blown Kiss of Death is one of the handful of ''Beast Wars II'' weapons and attacks which name utilizes Japanese instead of all-English, giving it a more intimate feel.
*The look of the Blown Kiss of Death is modeled after Scylla's mechasquid lips and was originally only used when she was in mechabeast mode, making it equally possible the attack was due to her choice of lipstick, which she applied in "[[The Tentacular Scuba]]", as it was due to an innate ability. What with her using the attack in [[Robot mode|battle mode]] in the ''Generations Selects Special Comic'', it's more likely the latter. 
*In "[[Face the Setting Sun]]", the Blown Kiss of Death is depicted with Scylla's fangs. This is probably an [[animation error]] but she is also a lot angrier there than on other occasions.
