'''Autosanrin''' (オートサンリン) is an Autobot with not one, not two, not four but THREE wheels.  He probably has feet, but we don't know for sure. He transforms into a car that has, ''wait for it'', three wheels!  That's sort of his ''thing''.

* ''[[Comic Bom Bom]]'' held a contest in their October, 1985 issue to design an Autobot under the guidelines that it must transform into a car and that its transformation must actually look possible. Little Toshihiro Yamaka won with this design for Autosanrin and for his efforts he was awarded a [[Shockwave (G1)|Shockwave]] toy and a ''Transformers'' fanclub gold coin set.
