It worked, but the [[Decepticon]]s, who had been monitoring the proceedings, came to her rescue. * The script of "Enter the Nightbird" reveals that the net was originally going to be called an "electro'''nic''' mesh prison".
* Speaking of the script, it describes the net as made up of blue, thick, wavy energy lines. In the episode itself, the lines are orange. It also states that the net produces a high oscillating whine, which makes Nightbird cover her "ears" for a bit. The animation is there, but the sound is missing because the scene is only shown over the Decepticons' computer, which does not relay sound.
