[[Drillhorn]] formed a plan to hijack a large oil tanker so its oil could be used to alleviate the [[Decepticon]]s' energy needs. First, the gasoline supplies of [[Marine City]] were drained, prompting the ''Big Baron'' to bring a stock to the city. Drillhorn then had a [[neutron bomb]] planted in [[Marine Tower]], threatening to blow it up if any resistance was met. 

When the ''Big Baron'' neared dock, the ''[[Thunder Arrow]]'' rose from the ocean, opened its bow, and used tractor beams to pull in the oil tanker. Despite the [[Dinoforce]] guarding it, the [[Autobot]]s found the neutron bomb and disassembled it. On the ''Big Baron'', [[Star Saber (Victory)|Star Saber]] fought the [[Breastforce]] till they were forced to retreat.
