Drillhorn formed a plan to hijack a large oil tanker so its oil could be used to alleviate the Decepticons' energy needs. First, the gasoline supplies of Marine City were drained, prompting the Big Baron to bring a stock to the city. Drillhorn then had a neutron bomb planted in Marine Tower, threatening to blow it up if any resistance was met.

When the Big Baron neared dock, the Thunder Arrow rose from the ocean, opened its bow, and used tractor beams to pull in the oil tanker. Despite the Dinoforce guarding it, the Autobots found the neutron bomb and disassembled it. On the Big Baron, Star Saber fought the Breastforce till they were forced to retreat. With the Decepticons gone and the neutron bomb's threat removed, the Big Baron continued unabated to Marine City. Tanker Hijack Operation
