It is added to the end of the Autobot's name, replacing their [[Prime (rank)|previous title]]; and they are given the [[Magnus Hammer]] as a symbol of office.

Sentinel fired anyway, almost destroying the planet. After capturing [[Megatron (Animated)|Megatron]] and his henchmen, [[Optimus Prime (Animated)|Optimus]] returned to [[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]] to the cheers of the adoring crowds and in possession of the Magnus Hammer. {{storylink|Endgame, Part II}} He presumably passed the hammer back to Sentinel who remained the Magnus, going so far as to get himself a cape and a HUGE hat...jerk {{storylink|The Stunti-Con Job}}
