The Autobot [[Kup (G1)|Kup]] was stranded on a deserted planet which was teeming with radiation, which slowly ate away at the old 'bot's mind, causing him to go crazy. [[Springer (G1)|Springer]] sent wave after wave of Autobots to the planet wearing Anti-rad armor to protect them from the planet's radiation. Unfortunately, their suits, coupled with Kup's delusional state, caused the old 'bot to believe his rescuers were demonic entities come to kill him, and he slaughtered each wave of Autobots. {{storylink|Spotlight: Kup}}
