Stock PhotoThis is a stock or promotional photograph of a The Transformers: Masterpiece toy (Hasbro versions may be released under a different line), © TakaraTomy, Hasbro or both unless otherwise noted.

Because such photos are created specifically to promote toys, products or events, TFWiki.net asserts that an implicit public license exists for them. TFWiki.net further asserts that because such photos can be reasonably assumed to represent that product in the best possible light, TFWiki.net's general preference for using such images to illustrate those products constitutes an act of good faith.

Regardless the above, TFWiki.net's use of promotional images to document and illustrate a product or character on TFWiki.net would always fall under the fair use provision of United States copyright law. See Copyrights.

This image is a screen capture from the The Transformers cartoon episode "Megatron's Master Plan, Part 1", the copyright for which is owned by Sunbow Productions, Marvel Productions, and Hasbro. It is believed that low resolution images or small excerpts may be used on MediaWiki under the fair use provision of United States copyright law. See Copyrights.
