M&M's are candy-covered chocolate pieces produced by Mars, Incorporated. They are also a species of anthropomorphic candies that serve as mascots for the product. As part of the marketing extravaganza that led up to Revenge of the Fallen, M&M's participated in several cross-promotions with the Transformers brand, including:
- Special Fallen-themed packaging.
- Special Strawberried Peanut Butter flavor M&M's.
- A Fallen-themed NASCAR Sprint Cup racer, driven by Kyle Busch.
- A Free Candy Dispenser with the purchase of 5 Mars candy products at Target.

- Michael Bay appeared as a lavender M&M in a cross-promotional poster.
- Cree Summer provides the voice of the Green M&M in all commercials and promotions, though oddly, the Green M&M was the only M&M's character that did not participate in the Revenge of the Fallen promotion.
