Devisiun was one of the thirteen Titans active during the era of the Thirteen, serving the haughty Nexus Prime. [edit]

Millions of years ago, Devisiun was one of the Prime-aligned Titans that departed Cybertron in an attempt to spread Pax Cybertronia across the galaxy. Though the Titan found a planet to colonize, he did not survive the landing. The hot spot he carried within his body remained intact and energized, but was subject to the strange gravitational forces of the planet, which caused the Transformers that emerged to be born in bonded pairs. Windblade vol. 2 #6

The native civilization would remember Devisiun's arrival in their own oral mythologies, naming him the "World Breaker" and remembering him as the bringer of the Transformers that would ultimately rob them of their planet. Time Will Rust Circa 2014, Metroplex succeeded in remotely locating the remains of his sibling, and during their shared mind-merge he and Windblade caught glimpses of the Transformers who had emerged from Devisiun's hot spot. Windblade vol. 1 #4

Devisiun's remains were presumably destroyed some years later when Unicron attacked and consumed the colony. Unstopped and Unstoppable

Notes

[edit]
  • Devisiun's name was only revealed in the backmatter of Unicron #6 as part of John Barber's general loose-end tying before the finale of the 2005 IDW continuity. That profile misspells both his name and his planet as "Divisiun", but given that this is a misspelling that has cropped up several times before, we're going to assume that—as with Caminus and Prion, who follow a similar naming tradition—their names are synonymous.
