Description

Use this template at the bottom of a disambiguation page. A disambiguation page lists at least three meanings for the term in question, and the name of the disambiguation page should end with "(disambiguation)". This template will place article that uses it into Category:Disambiguation pages.

It is recommended that lengthy disambig pages be formatted using Template:Disamb. This is not required.
