Péter Szokol (October 28, 1960 -) is a Hungarian actor and voice actor, famous for his youthful-sounding, shrill voice that had made him a staple of cartoon dubs for decades, often voicing comic relief characters, kids, talking animals, and performing vocalizations for all sorts of critters. A comprehensive list of roles would stretch for miles.
Some of his more major animated roles are Philip J. Notes
[edit]- If the dubbing cast sheet is to be trusted, he was supposed to play Frenzy in the rather cheaply produced dub of the first live-action movie, but the character's handful of intelligible lines have been left in English or in some cases outright cut. The dub had plenty of other errors too, so it is possible, if unlikely, that his lines were recorded and somehow omitted. It's equally possible that the cast list was just wrong.
