i honestly prefer when botcon toys don't get new figures. like it's cool to have an easier to get versions of the characters i like but i think the proportions of the botcon toy help make them unique and not just "[[Sandstorm (BW) | Scorponok with a sandy color scheme and the mutant head]]."  Like i know it's just me but like i prefer them to look more different than a flat recolor and more like two guys who just look similar. the only times i don't really care are with [[Shattered Glass]] Characters because they're meant to be opposites to the normal guys, but with others it just doesn't work.
