Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠 Ōtsuka Hōchū born May 19, 1954) is a veteran Japanese voice actor. In the 20th century, he was credited as Yoshitada Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠 Ōtsuka Yoshitada), his real name.

[edit]- Although Ōtsuka played Flint in the Japanese dub of the G.I. Joe cartoon, he did not voice the character for his brief cameo in the Transformers episode "The Killing Jar". There, Flint was voiced by Takurō Kitagawa.
