- There is a widespread issue of his legs being incredibly hard to transform, as they are in very tight, and the heels need a millimeter or so more clearance to get past the main body. You can pry them out (risking damage, try it from as far back on the feet as possible), but getting them back in is... a struggle.
- He was available in both of the "Custodial Crew"-themed 8-packs:
- The first has him, Lady Loofah, Sergeant Scrubforce, Waxwell, Bobby Bluejean, Clean Dive, and the blind-packed Oil Slicks Message Muffler.
- The second has him, Grammy Giggleclean, Grunge Plunge, Lady Loofah, Unhandy, Vomit Comet, Roboclean, and blind-packed Oil Slicks member Greasebowl.

- His toy's robot mode deco is weirdly evocative of the title character from the Where's Waldo? books. We have no idea what the connection might be.
- The checklist photo of Loose Deuce gives his poo-portions a distressing bright red tint.
