Racer-kun (レーサーくん Rēsā-kun) is a speedy robot who can get you wherever you need to be in record time. He wishes to be your friend!

- One of three Playskool First Transformers toys released in 1986, the "Race Car" transforms from an adorable Le Mans-style race car into a robot in just a few short steps. When rolled along in car mode, the "driver" in the cockpit bobs up and down.
- Takara released all three in Japan without changes the following year, giving the Race Car the moniker "Racer-kun".
