Highroller is a member of the Goo-Goo Groopies from BotBots.

She is available in one of the "Seasons Greeters"-themed 5-packs, which includes Halloween Knight, Q.U.R.O.B.O. 6000, Stringaling, and for some reason, a blindpacked Latte Spice Whirl.
