Q.U.R.O.B.O. 6000 is a member of the Playroom Posse from BotBots.

At one point in time, Q.U.R.O.B.O. 6000 was the most advanced toy and robot on the block. But with the march of time, progress has made other bots more sophisticated than him. Nowadays, there are jack-in-the-boxes and even gaming consoles. He can't compete with these improved bots anymore. In fact, he's heard that what he does is so basic, that even a toddler can do it!
