The name or term "Scavenger" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Scavenger (disambiguation).
Scavenger is a Transcendent Technomorph from the TransTech continuity.
Scavenger's stolen chassis.

It's unknown if Scavenger was an evil, evil being, but as one of the elite Transcendent Technomorphs of the advanced and peaceful city of Axiom Nexus, he probably wasn't. Of course that was before he was kidnapped by Alpha Trion and Topspin ousted from his chassis in favor of the spark of a lowtech loyal to the insurrectionist's cause.[1]

Not able to bring himself to destroy the helpless sparks, Topspin hid them away in storage, where they remained after Alpha Trion fled Axiom Nexus. Some time later, the laboratory was appropriated by Cy-Kill, who found Scavenger's spark and brought it along when he fled back to his home reality. Scavenger's spark was utilized to grant life to Rube. Renegade Rhetoric (2), 2015/12/17

Thrustinator recruited the Spy Changers of Primax 085.0 Eta to travel to Cy-Kill's reality to rescue the six hostage sparks. Renegade Rhetoric (2), 2016/07/14

Notes

[edit]
  • Scavenger's design was originally created when Transtech was a planned sequel to Beast Machines, but is probably not intended to be the same character as Beast Wars Scavenger or Beast Machines Scavenger. Since TransTech stories take place in their own universe, it is likely this Scavenger no longer has any overt ties to other Scavengers.
  • Scavenger was first named in a Fan Club-exclusive wallpaper.
  • This design is also the inspiration for Armada Scavenger.
