The Ultra Matrix (ウルトラマトリクス Urutora Matorikusu) is a generator mounted within Ginrai's Transtector. It contains far more energy than the Sun.<ref>Ginrai's tech specs</ref>
Ultra Matrix remains as a generator after Ginrai is rebuilt into Victory Leo.

[edit]The Ultra Matrix was hidden on the planet Beast by the Three Wise Ones. MegaZarak sent a team of Pretenders to steal it, but they were stopped by a team of Autobot Pretenders sent by Fortress. In gratitude, White Leo gave the Ultra Matrix to the Autobots, who later used it as part of the Transtector intended for Optimus Prime. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/30
