The name or term "Rick" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Rick (disambiguation).
His sister will just have to settle for a ton of misleading links.

Rick Astley (born February 6, 1966) is a pop singer from the United Kingdom. According to Grimlock, people who ask for a poster of him to be printed in next week's issue have a sense of humour, which is something he appreciates.[1]

Information about Astley and what role, if any, he played in the Cybertronian conflict on Earth, is still fairly sketchy. What is known is that Astley was noted for his steadfast resilience—it was said he would never give up or ever let anyone down, and the idea that he would ever desert his cause was so unlikely as to be laughable. He was also known for a willingness to tell others exactly how he was feeling about a situation, for good or for ill.

After installing a new radio into his body, Charlie Watson attempted to introduce Bumblebee to music she enjoyed, placing a cassette in his tape deck that began playing Astley's song "Never Gonna Give You Up". Bumblebee clearly did not share her tastes, as he promptly ejected the tape at high speed. Bumblebee

Notes

[edit]
  • Rick Astley's single "Never Gonna Give You Up" was released on July 27, 1987 which means that the Bumblebee film would've had to have taken place sometime after July.
