Phreaker is an Autobot from the Cybertron portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.
It's the Phreak Phone, and here's the party phreak!

A Transformer who fled Cybertron to avoid its certain destruction, Phreaker eventually took the form of a pay phone along a stretch of lonely desert highway. Fortunately, he had a buddy named Signal Lancer who lives across the road.
