The Battlestars fought past the hordes of Novaroid drones, storming planet Lucifer and securing Prime's remains. Sky Garry then used the power of the Zodiac to bring Prime back to life as Star Convoy. Resurrect the Legendary Hero, Optimus Prime!
Grandus then stayed behind on Lucifer to flush out the remaining Decepticon forces there, while Sky Garry mopped up the Novaroid and Galaman drones out in space. The Battlestars
Animated cartoon continuity
[edit]After the Decepticons had lost the Battle for Iacon, and thusly, the Great War, they were exiled from Cybertron. After a period of recuperation, they slowly began to rebuild their empire by colonizing several far-off planets, Lucifer amongst them. Straxus was given governorship of the planet, most likely as a reward for his wartime services.
It is said that, under the steel-fisted (don't even go there) rule of Lord High Governor Straxus, the place has gone from "oh boy" to "oh hell". If there were a tourist attraction, though, it would be the numerous smelting pools that take care of both energy-related needs and insubordination of all kinds. The AllSpark Almanac II
Beast Wars: Uprising
[edit]During her days as a guzzler, Buckethead lived on Lucifer, where she supervised construction efforts in Port Ronove until the colony's eventual collapse. Cultural Appropriation
Games
[edit]Transformers Roleplaying Game
[edit]Lucifer was a heavily defended Decepticon colony governed by the brutal Straxus, a self-sufficient foundry world capable of mass-producing drones, ships, and weapons in vast numbers. Megatron and the other members of the Conclave often made use of Lucifer’s ample resources and sophisticated industrial base to advance special projects and various evil schemes, including the development of antimatter weaponry and the creation of Nemesis Prime. Decepticon Directive
Notes
[edit]- The description of the planet in Animated continuity is highly reminiscent of Cybertron under the rule of Straxus in the Marvel continuity.
