Fred Tatasciore (pronounced Tata-shore; born June 15, 1968) is an American voice actor and animator. He is well-known for having played Damon Baird in the Gears of War franchise, Nikolai Belinski and Dr. Ludvig Maxis in the Call of Duty: Zombies series, Ben 10,000, Ripjaws and Cannonbolt in the original Ben 10 series, Yosemite Sam in various Looney Tunes shows, and the Hulk in just about every single Marvel production since the mid 2000s.
He also seems to know Spanish very well.
