Renegade Rhetoric
[edit]Sparky joined Turbo and Street Heat in the Alienpolis Five Million to prevent the Renegades from winning and gaining control over the planet. The Alienapolis Five Million Cy-Kill released mutated fast-growing plants over the Earth, called Go-Vines.
