This article is about the Beast Wars: Uprising Maximal. For the Robots in Disguise Decepticon, see Thunderhoof (RID).
Thunderhoof is a Maximal from the Beast Wars: Uprising portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Thunderhoof is the leader of the Kospegos. He thinks very highly of himself and doesn't take kindly to anyone doing anything without his approval.

Beast Wars: Uprising

[edit]

In Iacon on a post-war Cybertron, Thunderhoof was a Maximal crime boss who headed the infamous gang known as the Kospegos. He and his enforcer Terrorsaur met with Gnashteeth and Scorponok to discuss selling off a shipment of black-market Energon cubes—Thunderhoof's first two attempts to undersell Gnashteeth's goods were refused, so in return Thunderhoof beat Gnashteeth senseless and blew off his leg, warning him that he had a solar cycle to rethink the offer. It looked like Thunderhoof had the upper hand... until Gnashteeth got his own back by framing the crime boss for burglary and murder of a Builder.

A deca-cycle after being declared Cybertron's most wanted criminal, Thunderhoof was lying low when Gnashteeth sent out another invitation for the disgraced mobster-bot. Hoping to bring this usurper to heel, Thunderhoof and some of his henchmen attended the meeting at the Rust Sea; once there, Gnashteeth mocked the poor treatment of his underlings. Offended, Thunderhoof ordered Terrorsaur and Scavenger to kill the Predacon—only to realize that Gnashteeth had bought their loyalty with a warehouse full of energon. Moments later, Thunderhoof's goons turned on their boss and killed him instead. Identity Politics

Notes

[edit]
  • As opposed to being a Predacon to match his original counterpart's Decepticon faction, the Uprising version of Thunderhoof is a Maximal as per the loose Beast Wars tradition of mammalian alt-modes belonging to Maximals.
