Notes
[edit]- When Ultra Magnus first cast his eye over the crew manifest of the Lost Light in "How to Say Goodbye and Mean It", he picked out several Autobots whose names begin with "A" that he considered to be potential troublemakers. It's likely that Ammo was one of these.
- In James Roberts's fan-novel Eugenesis, there is an Autobot that is also called Ammo. However, that Ammo was killed and beheaded by Quintesson forces. Ouch.
- And if you dig deep enough into the Transmasters UK fan-continuity, you may come across Ammo's name in Roberts's earlier fanfiction known as The Polyhex Wars. In this piece, he is shown to have a much larger role as a totally epic sniper, previously known as Sights. Whether or not this would match his persona in the IDW canon is unknown, but given the differences between the character Quark in his unofficial fan novel Eugenesis and the Quark in "Shadowplay", it would be best to leave Ammo's personality to the imagination of the reader.
