On Cybertron, "far beneath the city", the Constructicons (or some duplicates) create Megatron. This scene is a source of some continuity nightmares, as an earlier episode has Megatron turning the Constructions to the Decepticon side, thus making it unlikely that they would be building him.
Furthering the confusion, eight Constructicons are shown. Hook, Scavenger, Bonecrusher, and Mixmaster are easily identifiable on the right; Scrapper somewhat less so near the left. Long Haul may or may not be one of the other dudes on the left, and who knows what those guys behind the table are supposed to be.
