Splinter can be created at the Pig Lab in Hog Head Mountain with the above recipe, though it's a bit of a roulette spin to actually earn it. You may get Coins, Materials, or Gems instead.
When activated, Splinter fires energy shards like Lockdown's. It mainly targets wood, but it can do damage to anything.
Just make sure you pack enough Energon for a good duration.Angry Birds Transformers
