- It's based on the Generation 1 cartoon episode "The Dweller in the Depths".
- The Quintesson card features a prosecutor harassing Kranix, despite him not appearing in the episode the event is based on.
- Due to problems in getting the next event working, this was followed by a repeat of "All Hail Megatron".
