The watchdogs[1] are pets of Dylan Gould. They live at his residence in Washington, D.C., and are often brought to his workplace at Hotchkiss Gould Investments.

A few days later, Dylan brought the watchdogs to Trump Tower in Chicago with Carly, now his hostage. When Sentinel Prime ordered the Decepticons to invade the city, Dylan ordered his maids to keep his dogs safe.
