The name or term "Cliffjumper" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Cliffjumper (disambiguation).
Cliffjumper is an Autobot-allied Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Cliffjumper is the kind of girl that would rather read a book than jump over a cliff. Not particularly strong, fast or co-ordinated, she isn't really suited for combat and wishes the war would end so she could get back to her research in geological science.

Her partner—the arrogant warrior Cheetor—loves to tease Cliffjumper over the irony of her name, which only makes her more miserable.

Reading is more of a thrill than punching.

—Cliffjumper's bio quote.

When Cheetor was abducted by Unicron, Cliffjumper felt almost relieved that she wouldn't have to put up with him anymore. Ultimately, this just made her feel even more guilty than usual. More Than Meets The Eye

  • Cheetor with Cliffjumper (Super-Con, 2003)
Available only with her larger partner Cheetor, Cliffjumper is a redeco of the Adventure Mini-Con Team member Ransack, transforming into an off-road pick-up truck of undetermined model. As a Mini-Con, she has a "Powerlinx" socket in the spare tire on her vehicle-mode back-end, which allows her to attach to any toy with a "Powerlinx" style 5 mm post; some toys have special Powerlinx posts that activate/unlock gimmicks when a Mini-Con is attached. This orientation actually makes her one of the better molds to attach to Cheetor's horizontally-aligned winged-cat-mode Powerlinx plugs.
She has a working winch mechanism connected to a spool and gear system in her torso; the cable, once pulled out, can be retracted by rolling Cliffjumper in vehicle mode, or by attaching her to the gear system on the Armada Cyclonus mold.
As a hasty addition to the Armada toyline to meet demand, Cheetor (and thus Cliffjumper) were not available in Takara's normal retail Legend of the Microns line. They were, however, offered in Japan as a "USA Edition" release, sold exclusively through Toys"R"Us's web site.
This mold was later redecoed to make Torque and Payload.
