This episode confirms that God Magnus's mysterious energy that surfaced within him back in "Desperate Situation! 3 Car Robo Brothers" and "Activate! Double Matrix" is indeed his own Energon Matrix.
Sky-Byte explains, after being asked by the rest of the cast, that the reason he's so loyal to Megatron and obsessed with being praised by him, is that Megatron saved his life once.

In Robots in Disguise, this clip show was replaced by "Mystery of the Ultra Magnus", a completely separate clipshow focusing on different footage.
