This article is about a character or concept that lacks a name, but has an official term or designation. |

"911" is a mysterious fellow.
Toys
[edit]Generation 2
[edit]
- ??? (Go-Bot,
1995)- Accessories: Rifle
- Known designers: Masakatsu Saito (concept artist)
- Planned as a Go-Bot item for Generation 2, this toy transforms into a police car. The figure has through-axle construction to allow for super-fast rolling in car mode. As with its fellow "new"-mold teammates, the figure's rifle stores under the car mode. Ultimately, it went unreleased, and the character it was intended to represent is unknown, if Hasbro ever made a decision.
- Revived for several Spychanger toys, this mold was used to make Robots in Disguise Prowl 2 and the 2003 Universe version of Generation 1 Prowl as well as the 2003 Universe version of Robots in Disguise Prowl.
Notes
[edit]- Development of this character did get far enough to reach the stage of package art, which would eventually be published in Legacy: The Art of Transformers Packaging under the placeholder designation "911", alongside those of Rumble, "4X", and Hound. (Art for the black Dodge Viper surfaced too late to be included while art for the purple Mercedes-Benz has never been uncovered.)
- With no known bio, any faction for "911" is speculative, but we would be remiss not to point out the Autobot precedent of Prowl as it existed back in the 1990s.
