Carlos Eduardo Vitale (born May 15, 1970) is a Venezuelan voice actor, impersonator, keyboardist, and musician. Some examples of his known voice-acting roles in animation include Hibiki Tokai in both Vandread and Vandread: The Second Stage, Chef Hatchet from Total Drama Island, Captain Star from Plankton Invasion, Coach Halder from 6teen, Frostbite and Vortex from Danny Phantom, Shark from 12 oz. Mouse, Rex from Animal Mechanicals, Squish from My Life as a Teenage Robot, Gorilla from the 2007 George of the Jungle animated series, and he even temporarily voiced both Mr. Krabs and Larry the Lobster from SpongeBob SquarePants between seasons 6 to 9 (succeeding both Luis Pérez Pons and Luis Miguel Perez, respectively).
In 2013, he temporarily retired from dubbing, because he tended to work outside of his home country, mostly to pursue his musical career, but, in 2023, he returned to dubbing.
