G.I. Joe

There have been multiple Transformers crossovers with G.I. Joe, in comic, toy, and even movie form. By medium and publisher/company:

G.I. Joe and the Transformers — the 4-issue mini-series published in 1986.
G.I. Joe Starring Snake-Eyes and the Transformers — five issues of the regular G.I. Joe series published in 1993, featuring the return of Megatron.
Generation 2 — the 12-issue series published in 1993–94, featuring prominent appearances by the Joe team.

Ancient Relics! / Action Force — one issue of the G1 Marvel UK series featured Action Force, the UK incarnation of G.I. Joe; the story continued in four issues of the Action Force series.

Transformers/G.I. Joe — the World War II era mini-series published in 2004.
Transformers/G.I. Joe: Divided Front — the planned followup, of which only one issue was published.

G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers — series published in 2004, with the Autobots and Decepticons as Cobra vehicles.
G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II — series published in 2005, with time traveling groups of Autobots and Decepticons.
G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers: The Art of War — published in 2006, featuring the rise and fall of Serpent O.R.
G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers: Black Horizon — published in 2007, featuring the coming of Unicron to Earth.

Transformers vs. G.I. Joe — 13-issue series, published from 2014-2016.
Revolution — five-issue event series, published in 2016, introducing the Hasbro Universe.
G.I. Joe vol. 5 — ongoing series launched in 2016 following Revolution, adding Skywarp to the Joe ranks. Relaunched as Scarlett's Strike Force in 2017.
Revolutionaries — eight-issue team-up series launched in 2017, also following Revolution.
First Strike — six-issue event series published in 2017. Rebranded as Transformers/G.I. Joe: First Strike for the collected editions.

All series published as part of the Energon Universe, beginning in 2023 with Transformers #2 and Duke #1.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts — 2023 film, which concluded with an appearance by a member of G.I. Joe. More characters are intended to appear in future films.

G.I. Joe and the Transformers — various toy sets, some of them available exclusively at the Hasbro Toy Shop booth at San Diego Comic-Con and the Hasbro Toy Shop website between 2011-2013 and again in 2016, others available exclusively at the Transformers Collectors' Club store and the G.I. Joe Collectors' Club in 2015 and 2016.
The Transformers Collaborative crossover line features its own G.I. Joe segment.
