Daniel Ross (aka Mouth04, born Daniel Ross Weiner) (born August 4, 1980) is an Emmy-award winning American actor and voice actor, some of his roles include voicing Lucky the Leprechaun in Lucky Charms cereal commercials, Uncle Shagworthy, Gizmo and Stripe in Multiversus, Jackal Tomioka in The Fable, Xavier in Genshin Impact and Donald Duck in Mickey and the Roadster Racers (in lieu of his long-time voice actor Tony Anselmo).

Ross is also an active member of the Transformers fandom.

Daniel Ross got these roles by winning a voice acting contest at the listed conventions. Before 3H's bankruptcy and ultimate loss of the Transformers convention license, Ross would also have been tapped to portray Rook in eventual audio content.

• Ross was originally cast as Starscream in an unproduced motion-comic based on the All Hail Megatron series from IDW Publishing.
• The story on how Ross got the role as Starscream in Transformers The Game is pretty funny. Daniel, known to many as Mouth04 for many Transformers fan dubs, was a pretty big fan of the franchise and wanted a way to combine his profession with his passion. Inspired by how Elijah Woods got his role in the Lord of the Rings series, Daniel teamed up with Jake Isenberg to create a comic book to kick off a campaign to try to get himself casted as Starscream in the actual upcoming Transformers live action movie by Michael Bay, Tom DeSanto, Don Murphy, and Steven Spielberg. All of them save for Spielberg have seen the comic and loved it. One day while Ross was out shopping for Transformers Figures, he got a call from Paramount telling him they booked an audition. Obviously he didn't get the part, but some time later Activision called him and the rest is history.
