Mercury sauce is a food condiment.

Before being eaten by the Mecannibals, Cloudburst managed to convince the Mecannibals that he and Landmine would taste better with "savory" mercury sauce, lead sulfide crystals, and iron filings. The mecannibals had the mercury sauce and the iron filings on board. Recipe for Disaster!
